| 近年来，企业受自然灾害影响的风险增加, 如何通过有效的供应链管理提升企业韧性, 实现高水平的风险应对与恢复绩效尤为关键. 本文探究了汶川大地震冲击下, 供应链内外部集中度对企业韧性的影响机理. 通过上市公司公告筛选出受影响的研究样本, 结合企业年报等公开信息获取相应数据, 采用事件研究以及线性回归等方法, 验证内部集中度、供应商集中度以及客户集中度对企业累计异常收益的影响. 研究发现集中度高的企业受到地震影响后将遭受更大的损失, 且恢复时间更长. 研究结果丰富了供应链集中度与企业韧性方面的研究, 同时为企业管理者选择更好的供应链决策以应对地震冲击提供理论参考. |
| 英文摘要 |
| In recent years, the risk of enterprises being affected by natural disasters has increased. It is especially critical to enhance firm resilience through effective supply chain management to achieve a high level of risk response and performance recovery. This paper explores the impact mechanism of internal and external supply chain concentration on firm resilience under the impact of Wenchuan Earthquake. We screen out the affected research samples through listed company announcements, and obtain the corresponding data by combining the annual reports and other public information of enterprises. This paper employs event studies as well as linear regression to verify the impact of internal concentration and upstream and downstream supply chain concentration on firms' cumulative abnormal returns. We find that firms with high concentration will suffer more losses and take longer to recover after the earthquake. The results enrich the research on supply chain concentration and corporate resilience, and provide theoretical references for corporate managers to choose better supply chain decisions to cope with earthquake shocks. |
